Description

The work consists of dredging approximately 2,500,000 cubic yards of maintenance material from a deep draft 47 to 51-foot channel, using a pipeline dredge. Levees to be raised, and repairs and maintenance to Drop-outlet Structures. The estimated co st range for this project is between $5 million and $10 million. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard is $17 million. The Galveston District's Subcontractin g goals are: Small Business - 50.9%; Small Disadvantaged Business - 8.8%; Woman-Owned Small Business - 7.2%; Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business - 0.5%; Hubzone Small Business - 2.9%. Bid Opening will be held in Room 175. The plans and specificat ions will only be available via our website, on the issue date.
