Description

The purpose of this modification is to respond to additional potential offeror questions. Question: Do you have empty containers to be returned? If so, how many? Can they be picked up when the new cylinders are delivered? Answer: There are three empty cylinders for return. They can be picked up at Bldg. 1840 when the new cylinders are delivered. Question: What purity do you need the material to be? 99% purity of 99.9% purity? Answer: We want new, virgin product. We do not want recycled or recovered R23. Question: Do you want us to supply the cylinders? Answer: Yes, we want the bidders to supply the cylinders, for which we will pay a deposit. Question: Will you accept the two cylinders to be filled with our R23 refrigerant. We would be repsonsible for the freight of the cylinders to/from your location. Answer: No.
