Description: The National Park Service, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, intends to conduct negotiations on a sole source basis with Cedar Grove Pack Station, 49709 Stagecoach Drive, Three Rivers CA 93271for the procurement of non-stationary (movable, temporary in nature and not affixed to the realty) buildings and corals as described the Concession Permit CP-SEK1001-97. This procurement is in accordance with FAR 6.301.1 - this source is considered to be the only responsible source who can meet agency requirements. The Government anticipates award of a fixed price contract not less than 14 days of this announcement. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
