Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to furnish & install a new cooling tower, disposal of existing tower, placement, balancing of new tower and tie-in insulated piping to feed the new tower, per Scope of Work. Contractor will also provide a cost option to rebuild the existing water pumps, to include: new seals, bearings, couplings, shafts, placement of new impellers and replace water pump motor bearings. A site visit will be conducted on December 13, 2004 @ 10:30a.m. EST at the John J. Duncan Federal Building in Knoxville, Tennessee. The estimated cost range of this project is $50,000-$60,000.
