Description

1. Sources Sought Synopsis: Small Business interests shall note the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19-North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and Size Standard for the requirement identified in this announcement. The anticipated NAICS Code is 518111 and the size standard is $21,000,000.00. . 2. The contractor shall provide information technology support to the Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Department and provide computer-assisted legal research service within the federal government as Executive Agent for the Department of Defense A. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract for a base year and four one-year options. Anticipated start date is 1 February 2005. B. This requirement is to provide all services outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement. Please submit the following information with your response to this Sources Sought Synopsis: · Business Size: HUBZone 8(a), Other 8(a), HUBZone Small Business, Serviced Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Small Business or Large Business. · Contract: State whether all services can be obtained under an existing Government wide agency contract, (i.e. GSA, VA, etc).
