Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to perform road maintenance on Forest Development Roads in accordance with the Performance Statement of Work. This requirement was previously solicited as a total small business set-aside under solicitation RFP SAZ-5-04-68, and was canceled pursuant to FAR 19.502-2 due to lack of response by a responsible small business concern. New solicitation (RFP SAZ-5-05-08) will be issued December 8, 2004 on an unrestricted basis. Due date will be January 11, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. (see solicitation for address of Contracting Office). Performance period will be from date of award through November 30, 2005 (BASE YEAR) with the possible exercise of four optional years. NAICS code is 115310. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry prior to award of contract. Contract will be awarded on an all-or-nothing basis to the contractor whose proposal represents the best value to the government, price and other factors considered, in accordance with the stated evaluation factors.
