Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Richmond, Virginia has a requirement for automated gel technology techniques for the blood bank cross-matches and reagents for blood bank procedures. Sources are being sought for this technology. Interested parties must submit product data/technology specifications in writing to Barbara Simmons, Contracting Office, VA Medical Center, Hampton, VA 23667 not later then noon local time December 10, 2004. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government
