Description: Contractor shall provide quarterly preventive maintenance and calibration services on three instrument boiler controls used in conjuction with the Cleaver Brooks boilers (Model Fire Tube, 400HP, 1400 lbs steam per hour). Contractor will adjust all boiler combustion controls to ensure against incomplete combustion to meet all excess air requirements per EPA and NFPA regulations. Contractor shall provide all necessary tools and calibration equipment needed to perform service and calibration of equipment. Services will be performed on a quarterly basis for a base year with four one-year options. The base period is to begin 12/15/04 through 9/30/04.
