Description: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary for the maintenance and repair of buildings, structures, and facilities located at Fort Dix, NJ. The period of performance is 365 days from date of aw ard plus four one year option periods. The NAICS, SIC, and size standard for this procurement are 236220, 1542, $28.5million respectively. The estimated magnitude of this project is more than $10,000,000. Pursuant to FAR 19.805-1, this procurement is restricted to certified 8(a) small business concerns geographically located within the area serviced by the New Jersey District Office. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. Eligible 8(a) firms shall request a solicitation package in writing.
