Description: Annual maintenance contract is contemplated. The proposed contract will be for a period of 12 months. Due to properitary rights to software application and drawings, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Daytronic Corporation, Dayton , OH, 45439 under the Authority of FAR 6.302(a)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all responsible sources may submit a quote which,if timely received, shall be considered.
