- The U.S. Department of State, Office of the Inspector General, has a requirement for the TeamMate Audit Management System. This requirement is being issued by GovWorks under the franchise authority of the Department of the Interior on behalf of the Secret Service in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Government intends to negotiate with Pricewaterhouse Coopers for this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The State Department has conducted a thorough review of numerous audit packages and has determined that the TeamMate package best meets their needs. The TeamMate Audit Management System is proprietary to Pricewaterhouse Coopers. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
