Accepted items must be equal or better. The Government reserves the right to make determination of equal or better. In the event that alternate products are quoted the Government reserves the right to request reasonable support documentation to determine acceptability. o Products will be required to be delivered no later than 14 Jan 05. Note items required to support training session(s) beginning 18 Jan 05. The Government reserves the right to modify schedule (at no additional cost) with a minimum 10 day advanced notice ?X Vendor to supply any required supporting training aids, such as but not limited to: instruction manuals and software support items. o Vendors price to inclusive of all cost including; rental of items, restoration fees and shipping. o Vendor is to warrant that all supplied items are complete and acceptable for use. All items supplied will be cleaned prior to shipping and checked to ensure that supplied items have been refurbished (if required). ?X The vendor shall retain ownership of supplied items ?X All items will be returned upon completion of use. Unless otherwise requested by selected vendor returned items will include consumed items used in training sessions. ?X All items will be returned in an undamaged state (not withstanding normal wear & tear and expected training damage i.e.: cutting of cut-down base) ?X All supplied items will be used as determined by supplying vendor. The Government shall not make any alterations to supplied items nor use products that will damage supplied items. ?h Vendor to provide items that are current and meets the American College of Surgeons (ACS) guidelines for ATLS Surgical Skills Training. ?h Information / data supplied must be certified for use in US adhering to UL and JACHO requirements as required.
