- Solicitation N00244-05-R-0002 is issued under full and open competition. The applicable NAICS code is 334516. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 15 and 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25. The requirement is for a firm fixed price, requirements type contract with a base period and four option years for chemical reagents, two Dimension Xpand HM clinical analyzers, two heterogeneous modules, and one Millipore system for the Naval Hospital Twenty Nine Palms, California 92278-8250. The base period starts approximately December 15, 2004, through September 30, 2005. Contact the Contract Specialist for a copy of Section B. Delivery: The equipment shall be delivered within one week of contract award. The reagents shall be delivered on an on-call basis. Delivery address is Receiving Officer, Robert E.
