Description: The purpose of this amendment is to (1) delete the requirement for Phase II ? Procurement, Installation, and Testing of Audiovisual System, (2) provide the level of effort for Phase I - Detailed System Design, (3) extend the date for receipt of proposals, (4) identify the period of performance for the Phase I effort, and (5) provide answers to the questions received in response to the RFP. This is a Full and Open Competition and is being procured as a commercial item. Responses received after the time and date for which proposals are due will not be considered. Responses must be delivered to the person and place identified in paragraph of the solicitation.
