- This amendment is issued to provide the following list of questions and answers in response to an inquiry from an interested vendor: Question 1. Is there a proposed usage time schedule in place- are there a certain amount of days per year, or other anticipated scheduling concerns that must be adhered to? Answer 1. Since our firearms training is conducted year round our requirements break down to 12 hours of range time per week, divided into 8 hours during the day on Day One (Tuesday) and 4 hours on the morning of Day Two (Wednesday). Question 2. Am I correct in presuming that no personnel will be required to assist operating the range? The agency will provide it's own instructors? Answer 2. We provide our own instructors and Range Safety Officers Question 3. Confirmation: Ammunition will be provided by the agency? Answer 3. We provide our own ammo. All other information remains unchanged. The date and time for the submission of proposals is 3:00 PM, EST, 13 December 2004. Proposals shall be signed, shall reference the RFP number HSCEAM-05-R-00007, and shall be sent to the attention of Nancy Ballay, Contracts & Procurement Branch, William J. Hughes Technical Center, Building 200, Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey, 08405. Proposals will be accepted via Email or Fax.
