Copies of the RFP are available on DSCC web-site http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after 20 Dec 2004. Proposed procurement is for a 12-month Indefinite Quantity contract with 4(12) month options. Noun: Transformer NSN 5950-00-502-5160. Approved sources: Keytronics (51181) P/n K6890 or Anderson Airmotive Products (80495) P/n 8608W11P009. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. This procurement is a small business set aside. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer/quote, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved small business sources. Unit of issue is EACH. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments solicited from 10-249. Destinations may include any of DSCC stock sites. Delivery 120 days. See Notes 1 & 26.
