Description

Replace computer room HVAC units serving the MT+L Building 676 at Arnold AFB Tennessee. Work consists of demolishing three water-cooled condenser units, existing electrical cable, conduit, and associated appurtenances for HVAC equipment being removed. Install new units at each of the three existing locations. New air-cooled condensing units with refrigerant piping shall be located on the roof and shall serve the three computer room units. Supply and install electrical conduit, wiring and essential appurtenances as required for new HVAC equipment. Work is to be done at Arnold Air Force Base Tennessee. All work shall be accomplished per specifications and drawings. The solicitation that will include specification and drawings will be posted on or about 20 December 2004. Response date for solicitations shall be 20 January 2005 at 2PM Central Standard Time. Period of Performance is 90 calendar days after notice to proceed. The estimated magnitude of this effort is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation will only be available electronically. It is recommended that prospective bidders register as a source at the www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil website. Bidders are responsible to check the website for information posted.
