Description

Provide lodging and meeting space for the National Security Seminar to be held 4-10 June 05 at the Carlisle Barracks in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Hotel must meet or exceed the 3 Diamonds rating as awarded by the AAA Diamond rating system or equivalent . Hotel must also be located within a 5 mile radius of Carlisle Barracks. Seminar is expected to include approximately 160 guests, plus or minus 30%. The due date for receipt of proposals is approximate and subject to change based on issuance date. Thi s requirement is unrestricted. Telephone requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Email requests must include lodging contractor name and address. Requests can be emailed to: Sidonia.Bowman@carlisle.army.mil. Lodging contractor must b e registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
