Description

This posting constitutes the US Military Academy's intent to award on a sole source basis, a purchase order to the NYS Thruway Authority, 200 Southern Blvd, Albany, NY 12209 to continue the USMA EZ pass account for MTA bridges and tunnels. The NAICS for this requirement is 488490 with $6.0 million size standard. See Note 22. Insert 1 day instead of 45 days in Note 22. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Responses to this notice must be received within one calendar day of the date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon r eceipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. A solicitation is not available.
