Description: This is an amendment to a previous synopsis, under Request for Proposal (RFP) W31P4Q-04-R-0288. Due to administrative limitations, a different RFP number is referenced in this synopsis. The requirement under RFP W31P4Q-04-R-0288 has been changed an d is restated as follows: This requirement is sole source to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC), Dallas, TX, for FY 05 PAC-3 production (consisting of PAC-3 missiles, ground support equipment, storage and aging, parts library, interim contr actor depot support, spares, other misc. hardware), US quantity of 108; FMS quantity of 48. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. See note 22.
