Description

The United States Army Communications Electronic Command (CECOM) intends to solicit and award a sole source Negotiated/Firm-Fixed Price type contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, One Responsible Source, for the acquisition of a cumulative maximum quantity of 450, Black Hawk/ Kiowa Motional Transducers NSN 5821-01-186-8803, part number 542 BT 1, part of Kiowa Warrior Helicopter OH-58; NSN 6695-01-316-2740, part number 1221H5; and NSN 6695-01-316-2741, part number 542AY8, parts of UH-60 Black Hawk He licopter to Rosemount Aerospace Inc. Shipments are to be FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Packaging will be as specified in the solicitation. The items will be shipped to New Cumberland, Pa. 17070-5001 and Tracy, Ca. 95304-5000. De livery shall be within 180 days after contract award. This is a request for proposal (RFP) and the solicitation number assigned is W15P7T-05-R-C012. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The US Army CECOM has established the IBOP website as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Solicitation for Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from CECOM to industry. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the IBOP at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil. See Numbered Notes 22 and 26.
