Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote being requested. Solicitation Number for this quote is 05SQ250002, this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). NOTICE: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 424520, and is set aside for small businesses. SPECIFICATIONS: LINEAR POLYACRYLAMIDE. 12,500 pounds. Shall be Anionic (negatively charged) with a minimum negative charge density of 27 percent, have a maximum of 0.05 percent free acrylamide monomer (AMD) by weight, have a minimum molecular weight of 12,500 Mg/mole, be a minimum of 85 percent active ingredient by weight and be delivered in 50 pound bags. EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD: Award of a contract will be made to the most qualified, responsible, responsive bidder submitting the best value to the Government, as well as meeting all terms and conditions set forth in this solicitation.
