Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, has a requirement for hydraulic oil delivered to the Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Dams Facilities Office, Davis Dam, Bullhead City, AZ 86429. Amount to be delivered in bulk is 2,900 gallons of hydraulic oil, not in 55 gallon drums. Specifications and delivery directions will be on the Request for Quote. This requirement is being procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 424720 and the size standard is 500 employees. Effective October 1, 2003, prospective vendors must be registered on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) site prior to the award of a contract. You may register by going to www.ccr.gov. You will need your Dun & Bradstreet number and banking information. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the Agency. Offers shall show Contractor's capability to provide the required service. Quotes are to be submitted no later than Thursday, December 23, 2004, 11:59 p.m., EST. It is anticipated that a Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about Thursday, December 9, 2004, and awarded on December 29, 2004; however, all dates in this announcement are subject to change.
