Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 has a requirement for furnishing and installing pond linings for two (2) .25 acre earthen ponds and twenty three (23) 0.10 acre earthen ponds. The work includes but may not be limited to trenching and compiling with all government and industry standards for installation of pond linings. The project is located at the Dexter National Fish Hatchery and Technology Center, near Dexter, New Mexico, Chavez County. This solicitation is open to large and small business. The NAICS code is 237990 size standard of $ 28.5 million. The estimated price range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will require response to technical capabilities, price, past performance, and period of performance. Award will be made based on the evaluation of response to technical capabilities, price, past performance, and period of performance. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available on or about December 20, 2004. It is anticipated that evaluation and award will be made on or about January 27, 2005. Registration in Central Contractor Registration, (CCR), is a Government wide requirement per Federal Acquisition Regulation, this registration can be accomplished through the internet at http://www.ccr.gov/.
