Description

Project #4TX0471 General Services Administration Seeks Expressions of Interest for Leased Office Space in Dallas, Texas Requirements: U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 3,128 rentable square feet yielding approximately 2,720 usable square feet of Class A office and related space in Dallas, Texas to be occupied by The Federal Communications Commission. Location: Offered properties must be within the following boundaries: Bounded on the West ? Greenville Ave; North ? Arapaho Road; East ? Plano Road; South ? Forest Lane. Lease Term: The lease term shall be for 10 years, 5 years firm. Occupancy: Occupancy is required on or about May 10, 2005 and is not negotiable. Special Requirement: FCC must have exclusive rights to the roof top. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2. Name, address and phone number of property owner if different from Item 1 above. 3. Rentable square feet offered and rsf rent rate. 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable. 6. RSF rate for ?as is? space and any standard TI?s offered. Written responses are required no later than Monday, 12/6/04; verbal responses will not be considered.
