- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 978 rentable square feet, yielding 850 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office and related space in Panama City, Florida. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Panama City, Florida within the Central Business District. If competition is limited, the U. S. Government will consider space outside the Central Business District. Note: A map demonstrating the delineated area is available upon request. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. On-site parking is required per local code and ordinance with a minimum of two non-reserved surface parking spaces. Space must be ready for occupancy by August 1, 2005 or sooner. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years. OWNERS/AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, please contact the following office.
