Description

Furnish all the parts, labor, travel, equipment,materials, supervision to perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, inspections for the professional maintenance of building environmental and mechanical systems for the period 12/1/04 through 11/30/05, with options to extend services for a period not to exceed thirty six (36) months. This procurement is a full and open competition. The Issue Date is on or about 9/30/04. Proposals are due on or about 11/1/04. REQUESTS AND QUESTIONS FOR PROPOSALS MUST BE IN WRITING.
