- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HQKMR0507 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-25. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Evaluation Criteria. This is a best value procurement and evaluation of offers which will be based on 1) qualifications, 2) past performance, 3) pricing. Technical and past performance is 80% of evaluation importance as compared to 20% of price. The associated NAICS code is 484210 and the small business size standard is $5,000,000.00. Offerors must be registered in the Business Partner Network?s Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered. You can register at the CCR website: http//www.bpn.gov. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with its offer or they will be considered non responsive. Not less than three past performance references must be included with our offer. The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) will award a purchase order to one qualified vendor to move the Central Region campus supplies (tools, linens, office supplies and members uniforms), administrative offices furniture and dormitory furniture (beds, pool table, refrigerators, washers/dryers, televisions). Only those vendors in the Denver, Colorado area need to respond to this solicitation. BACKGROUND AmeriCorps *National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) is a full-time, team-based residential program for men and women ages 18- 24. Drawn from the successful models of the Civilian Conservation Corps of the 1930s and the U.S. military, the NCCC is built on the belief that civic responsibility is an inherent duty of all citizens and that national service programs can effectively work with local communities to address pressing needs. The mission of the NCCC is to strengthen communities and develop leaders through direct team-based national and community service. In partnerships with nonprofit organizations, state and local agencies and community and faith-based groups, members complete service projects in all 50 states and some U.S territories. The Central Region campus is located in Denver and serves the states of Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas Missouri, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. OBJECTIVE To move the Central Region campus supplies (tools, linens, office supplies and members uniforms), administrative offices furniture and dormitory furniture (beds, pool table, refrigerators, washers/dryers, televisions). 1.0 SUMMERY Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) requires moving the Central Region campus from its current location to another campus location.
