Description

SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to repair stucco and paint two buildings at U.S. Coast Guard Station Ft Myers Beach, FL. The performance period is thirty (30) calendar days, which includes the time for material submittal approval. All work at the site shall be complete within 30 calendar days. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Award will be made to the lowest responsible, responsive quote. The anticipated award date is December 30, 2004. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990, with a size standard of 12 Million.
