Description: The VA Consolidated Contracting Activity intends to negotiate with Mokokai General Hospital, Kaunakakai, HI for space and ancillary healthcare services for the VA Outpatient Clinic, Mokokai, Ancillary services include but are not limited to on-site laboratory, oncology and radiology services. This is a small acquisition procurment under FAR Parts 12, and 13. The propossed contract is for a base year and four one-year options to renew.
