RESPONSE DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED 12 13 2004 PENDING CHANGES TO BE ISSUED ON NO LATER THAN 12 07 2004. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3030-05-T-0003 issued as a request for quotation. Responses/offers are due by 10 Dec 2004 Please visit www.eps.gov and register to automatically receive procurement notification from EPS. The system will inform you, via e-mail, when there has been activity on EPS concerning this solicitation. Solicitation provisions are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15 and DCN 20000210. This acquisition is restricted 100% for small business. SERVICES, NON-PERSONAL: SERVICES, NON-PERSONAL: Contractor to furnish all materials, tools, labor, delivery, and supervision necessary to perform this printing service in accordance with the below information/criteria. This service is for the monthly printing of the publication, The Good Times, for the Services Division at Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas. The Services Division will provide the contractor a CDRW disc no later than the 5th day of each month for the next month's publication. Printing service must be able to accommodate a one hour request for change of publication information PRIOR to printing. Services Division will provide to the contractor any request for changes no later than the 20th of every month. Service must use CorelDraw 11 software and be able to read LZW TIFF compressed files as a minimum requirement. Delivery service must be within the immediate local area for Marketing. Description: Final product must be 8 1/2 inches x 14 inches folded into a booklet, with 2 staples or saddle stiching to keep in place. Each product will have 5 pages out, 20 pages in final booklet, in full color imagery. Paper Stock: Cover - white, 80# Gloss, printed in full color front and back. Inside pages - white, 60# offset paper, printed in full color throughout the product. A complete bleed shall be on the cover of the publication. Publication shall be press proofed prior to printing final product. Final product publication shall be delivered by the contractor to the Services Division no later than the 25th day of each month. Quantity is 5,000 copies monthly for the period 1 Feb 05 through 31 Jan 06.
