Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA8604- 05-R-6081. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 and 23 and DFARS Change Notice 20040608. The following clauses and provisions apply: FAR 52.204-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5, 52.217-5, and 52.219-6, and DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A. This purchase is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1. Supplies required are manufactured from only one source and no other type of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement will be for software, software maintenance and reinstatement. See the attached requirements. Proposals must price each line item listed. FOB Destination Ship to: WPAFB OH 45433-7333.
