Description

The U.S. General Services Administration?s Federal Technology Service intends to issue a contract to the Arbortext under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, through reference number 4THO21057064. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for one year of software maintenance to convert (5) Existing Epic Editor Fixed Licenses to Concurrent Licenses for the Extend Solution. This is to provide Army with an E3 and DCAM Development System and extend Solution for remote users. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. This request is not a notice for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. All information should be submitted via email to Ms. Linda Fox at Linda.fox@gsa.gov. Responses must be submitted by COB December 12, 2004. All information submitted on or before this date will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement
