**CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS:** General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Real Estate ? Pacific Service Center, 650 Capital Mall, Suite 8-100, Sacramento, CA 95814 DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing approximately 9,500 rentable square feet of office/flex space contiguous on a single floor (first floor highly desirable), within the area of W. Sacramento, CA set out below. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 8,461 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable square feet) to a maximum of 8,884 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, for use by the Social Security Administration. Occupancy is desired as soon as possible, but in no case later than December 28, 2005. LOCATION: City of West Sacramento, CA primarily within the following area: Reed Avenue (turns into Sacramento Avenue) from Jefferson Boulevard to Riverside Parkway. Also included are the Stillwater Road / Riverside Parkway loop, Riverpoint Circle and Triangle Court. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, Eight (8) years firm. REQUIRED: First class office space in a quality building which meets or is capable of meeting the Government?s requirements, including flood plain, seismic safety, access to public transportation, and handicapped access, is solicited.
