Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing residential Community Corrections Center (CCC) services for male and female Federal offenders within the geographically defined district of Orange County, California. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, "Community Corrections Center (CCC), dated August 2000, Revision 1 - December 2000, Revision 2 - August 2001, Revision 3 - November 2001, Revision 4 -May 2002, Revision 5 - October 2003 and revision 6 - May 2004. An indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract with a one year base period and four one-year options is anticipated. The estimated number of inmate days for the base year is 6205 males, 2190 females (minimum); 19,345 males, 5840 females (maximum). The estimated number of inmate days for the first option year is 6222 males, 2196 females (minimum); 19,398 males, 5856 females (maximum). The estimated number of inmate days for the second option year is 6205 males, 2190 females (minimum); 19,345 males, 5840 females (maximum). The estimated number of inmate days for the third option year is 6205 males, 2190 females (minimum); 19,345 males, 5840 females (maximum). The estimated number of inmate days for the fourth option year is 6205 males, 2190 females (minimum) and 19,345 males, 5840 females (maximum) respectively. The solicitation will be available on or about January 31, 2005, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date will be on or about March 31, 2005, 2:00 pm local time. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations have the right to submit offers/bids/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone requests or written requests for solicitations will be accepted.
