- The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit for advertising services. This acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A solicitation will be posted on/about 7 Dec 2004. This requirement is 100 % set aside for small businesses. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511120 with a size standard of 500. All notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing on this site (www.eps.gov). All prospective offerors interested in submitting proposals must have a Commercial and Governments Entity (CAGE) code and must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 in order to received award.
