- This Solicitation is to establish a SQA (standing quote agreement) for a period of one year from the date of award for the nsn?s listed in the solicitation. See attached Solicitation for more information. The destinations and quantities will be determined by on demand requisitions from various agencies. The quantities listed are not correct, as we have no way of knowing the quantities that will be requested for a SQA period. 1. NSN: 5340-00-715-1483 HANGER, PICTURE, ADHESIVE: Rust resistant one piece metal hook attached to an adhesive backed fabric, for mounting on walls or other surfaces without nails or screws; The fabric portion of the hanger shall not exceed 1-3/4 X 1-3/4 inches; The hook shall be affixed to a folded flap so that the load will be distributed equally across the width of the flap; The hanger shall be clean, have smooth edges, unwrinkled and be of good commercial quality. Unit of Issue ? DZ (twelve (12) hangers per box) PRODUCT CONFORMANCE. The products provided shall meet the salient characteristics of this description, conform to the producer's own drawings, standards, and quality assurance practices and be the same product offered for sale in the commercial market. The Government reserves the right to require proof of such conformance. MARKING: Shipments to GSA and other civilian agencies shall be marked in accordance with FED-STD-123. Shipments to the Department of Defense (DOD) shall be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129. PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY: The item(s) shall be packaged and packed to afford adequate protection against physical damage during shipment from the supplier to the first receiving activity. The pack shall comply with the rules and regulations applicable to the mode of transportation. The package shall be the same as that normally provided by the supplier. In the event a pallet or skid is used for shipping, the following notice shall apply: NOTICE: Due to the spread of oak wilt disease, all lumber used inside or outside a shipment must be BARK FREE. NOTICE OF SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SHIPMENT TO EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES: Per Clause D-FSS-468, non-manufactured wood pallets and other non-manufactured wood package material used in shipments destined for ultimate delivery to or through a European Union (EU) country shall comply with the Emergency Measures (2001/219/EC) adopted by the Commission of the European Communities (CEC). Additionally, shipments delivered to DoD distribution facilities or freight consolidation points for eventual delivery to or through EU countries shall comply with DLA PROCLTR 02-17. 2. NSN: 5340-00-838-7059 CASTER, SWIVEL: Shall be a steel body caster with a rectangular plate, designed for safe operating load of 200 pounds in accordance with ASME B56.11.1 and the following characteristics: Wheel size - 2.50 inch diameter Tread width - 1.250 inch Wheels - Solid plastic or rubber wheel Plate size - 2.50 inches wide X 3.625 inches long Mounting hole - 4 ea, 0.250 inch holes, placed 1.750 inches X 2.875 inches center to center Effective caster height - 3.75 inches Wheel bearing type - Ball bearing Swivel bearing type - Double ball bearing Body finish - painted or corrosion resistant finish PRODUCT CONFORMANCE.
