Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to provide janitorial services under a performance based contract at the Northeast Fisheries Science Center in Woods Hole, Massachusetts. Place of performance will be 166 Water Street, 22 Albatross Street, 16 Albatross Street, 13 Church Street, and 16 Church Street. PROSPECTIVE VENDOR SHALL HAVE AN OFFICE SPACE WHICH IS LOCATED WITHIN A 100-MILE RADIUS OF THE FISHERIES SITE AT 166 WATER STREET. Period of Performance will be January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005 with four one-year options. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov and obtain a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. Proof of CCR registration must be included in submitted proposal package. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of the solicitation are attached as a downloadable Word file to this announcement. Hard copies of the solicitation will only be provided in response to written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor. Telephone requests will not be honored. Requests for copies of the solicitation may be faxed to (757) 441-3786. Offers received by December 20, 2004 will be considered for award. Award will be made on or about December 23, 2004. Numbered Note 1 applies.
