SOL: 261-0048-05 Due: Dec. 17, 2004 Request for Proposal ? Lease of Mobile/Portable Cath Lab The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity intends to award a contract for the lease of a portable/mobile cath lab. This will be procured on behalf of the Department, VA Palo Alto Health Care Center. Contractor to provide all labor, transportation, parts and expertise necessary to fulfill requirements. This action may also be considered as a Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code is 532490, size standard of $6,000,000 applies. Required date of delivery of the Cath Lab: January 14, 2005. A site visit for prospective offerors will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 14, 2004. Point of Contact for the site visit: Conrad Alfaro, (650) 493-5000, ext. 22790.
