This system must be equipped to interface with the currently used GeoBase and ACES systems. The vendor will be responsible for scanning the approximately 15K Mylar/paper drawings currently maintained at Keesler into the new archival system on-site at Keesler. Drawings include large format, sizes A, B, C, D, and E paper, Mylar, custom paper sizes, AutoCAD files and custom file formats. After scanning, the documents also will need to be indexed into the system. The vendor will also be responsible for providing on-site training for 2 database administrators and up to 20 end users. End user and Administrator system manuals in hard and soft copy also will be provided by the vendor. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
