The EDS is an accessory attached to a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), which measures the energy from the electron beam interacting with the sample surface. The energy data permits the chemical composition of the sample to be characterized through the EDS system software. A complete purchase specification will be issued with Request for Quote.
