Description

Work consists of providing all items, articles, materials, operations, or methods listed, mentioned or scheduled on the drawings and specifications, including all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary and required to Construct Access Road in Capehart Housing at Malmstrom AFB, MT. Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 03 January 2005. Request For Proposal will close on or about 02 February 2005. This is a firm fixed priced contract. Performance period is 75 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Winter exclusion shall be from 1 December 2004 through 1 May 2005. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government?s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the proposal closing date. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Request For Proposal is available only on the Internet at http://www2.eps.gov. Potential Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site http://ccr.edi.disa.mil/ccragent/plsql/ccr.welcome) All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS Code is 237310.
