Description

This is a notice that the Government intends to award a contract to Analytical Imaging and Geophysics (AIG) LLC, 4450 Arapahoe Avenue, Boulder, CO 80303 for Precision Orthoerectification and Exploratory Data Product Generation. Due to the proprietar y and unique software developed by AIG for the orthorectification and for the spectral exploitation, the services required are only available from AIG and is the only known source that can meet our requirement. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirement. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties must res pond by COB 13 Dec 2004. See Note 22. Point of contract is Hortensia E.
