- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91SMC-05-R-0002 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect th rough Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns; however, the Government is accepting quotes from large businesses. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made to a participating large business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 336212 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The SIC code is 3715. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The 1 82d Airlift Wing is soliciting quotations for a Crash Recovery Trailer. Line item 0001: 28 Crash Recovery Trailer, 1 each.
