This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract that the contractor shall supply, install, test and place in service three (3) new 33kV underground feeders from Al Jaza?ar 132/33/11kV substation to New Amil 33/11kV substation to New Saidiyah 33/11kV substation to Iskan Alkhir 132/33/11kV substation in the Kharkh Governorate of Baghdad, PIF No.GBAGC-370 in accordance with the SoW in Section C. ALL CORRESPONDENCE AND SUBMITTED PROPOSALS SHALL BE IN ENGLISH AND U.S. DOLLARS. YOU ARE INSTRUCTED TO SEND IN A ?SANITIZED PROPOSAL? AS AN EMAIL ATTACHMENT WITH NO COMPANY MARKINGS LOCATED ON THE PROPOSAL. PLEASE IDENTIFY YOUR COMPANY ONLY IN THE TEXT AND NOT IN THE PROPOSAL ATTACHMENT!
