Description

Furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation, including fuel, power and water (except if its Government furnished)and perform all work in strick accordance with the specifications for Humidity Control Building 334-450. Work co nsists of but is not limited to the removal of broken and damaged transite (abestos) wall shingles, sliding doors/frames, personnel doors, etc. Installation of two new coiling doors, frames, hardware, personnel doors frames, hardware, complete building ins ulation, 8 ft high interior plywood wainscot, wall shingle work, etc. Work also includes installation of package HVAC units including ductwork. Electrical work includes new transformers, service, panels, equipment disconnects, exit lights, complete fire al arm system, etc. This acquisition is being conducted according to the small business competitiveness demonstration program and the estimated cost of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Telephone request for this solicitation will not be accepted . The issuing and closing dates are subject to change. The award of this project is subject to fund availability. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
