Description

The government cannot guarantee an offeror will be added to the offerors list if registration is not confirmed via email or fax. DESCRIPTION: SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING DRAWINGS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON CD ONLY. Work as specified is to repair a leak in the Little Goose navlock that is inside the riverside concrete wall. A hole has developed in the concrete, which is at approx el. 582, and approx. 75 feet up from the bottom of the Navlock floor, the hole is appro x. 12 feet deep. The hole shall be cut out to approx. 3 ? feet by 3 ? feet and 12 feet in length. After the hole is cut out, rebar anchors will be installed inside the hole in the walls, the hole will then be backfilled with concrete. A new seal in 35 f oot lengths, and approx 140 feet long by 12 inches wide will be installed by the contractor, the seal will be furnished by the Government. Stainless steel keeper plates will be installed on the edges of the waterstop seal, the keeper plates will hold the seal to the wall. All work will be done during the annually scheduled nav lock outage, which starts March 5th 2005 and ends March 26th 2005. ADMIN INFO: The estimated cost range for this job is between $100,000 and $250,000. THIS IS A SET ASIDE PROCU REMENT IAW HUBZONE SET-ASIDE PROCEDURES AND FAR 19.1305. All responsible HUBZone business sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. THIS PROCUREMENT IS HUBZONE SET ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 23811 0. The small business size standard is average annual receipts for the previous three fiscal years must not exceed $12,000,000.00. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration infor mation to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Contractors can access the CCR for free at http://www.ccr.gov. This synopsis is not a request for proposals, but a notice that a solicitation will be issued.
