- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to enter into a contract with The Mathworks, Inc., 3 Apple Hill Drive, Natick, MA 01760-2098. The contract is for software maintenance for MATLAB and other MATHWORKS products for all MSIC owned licenses. Maintenance is for the following license numbers: 271459, 63205, 89479, 89775, 92912, 92913, 92915, 98723, 108621, 194493, 194494, 194495, 198725, 226373, 226374, 228431, 228592, 236175, 240928, and 62554. The period of performance is through 1 March 2006. FAR solicitation provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items are applicable to this requirement. No solicitations shall be issued other than this notice.
