- Page 5 of 8, second full paragraph, the words “the majority” are deleted and replaced with the word “Some”. Page 7 of 8, insert the following paragraph after the first paragraph. If the offeror chooses to submit their proposal response to any and or all of the five technical areas but not submit a cost proposal for the task order(s) {0001, 0002, sample task order} the technical page limitation will be as follows: · Executive Summary shall not exceed 2 pages · The Program Description/Plan shall not exceed 6 pages 1. High Power Microwave Source Development- shall not exceed 12 pages. 2. Theoretical and Computational R&D- shall not exceed 12 pages. 3. Pulse Power (PP) R&D- shall not exceed 12 pages. 4. Pulse Power Systems (PPS) R&D- shall not exceed 12 pages. 5. Prime Power- shall not exceed 12 pages. Based on this scenario, the technical proposal shall not exceed 68 pages if all areas are proposed. In addition the offer, must submit cost proposal or cost proposals for all technical areas proposed. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-JUL-2004).
