- The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Regional Development Mission Asia, Afghanistan Procurement Support Office, has issued an RFQ to GSA schedule holders for USAID/Afghanistan entitled the Alternative Livelihoods Program, a major component of the U.S. Government?s assistance to the Government of Afghanistan?s (GOA) counter-narcotics strategy.
